Meet Executive Chef Carlos Aguilar
Born in Cd. Juarez Chihuahua Mexico, Chef Carlos began cooking at a very young age. His parents were hard workers, often outside of the home, and what began as a necessity quickly turned into a passion. He has been cooking professionally for 15 years and enjoys working in the fast-paced culinary environment, making quick decisions, and from managing to supporting his team. As a father of 3, he loves to cook fresh-baked pizza with his own sourdough recipe.

Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first-choice selections can be fulfilled.
